HIT115 Healthcare Management

This course provides students with a general understanding of the management of healthcare organizations. Management practices relating to performance, budgets, teamwork, accreditation, and coding and revenue cycles are discussed. Special emphasis is placed on management within professional healthcare settings including hospitals and large clinic settings.
