MPM650 Project Management Processes in Organizations
Emphasizes the development and integration of project management in organizations. The following subjects are examined from the project management perspective: history and development of project management as a discipline, integrating project management into various organizational systems, strategic planning, competitive technology, joint ventures and human resources. This course provides a theoretical and conceptual foundation for the remainder of the project management courses. Examines general strategies and tools for identifying, evaluating and mitigating risk in project management.
